For more than ten years (since 2011) I have been designing and manufacturing custom distillation equipment. After a short simple market research, it became clear that there is a demand and a need for distillation equipment, especially if it is tailored to the customer's needs, with enough twists and turns to produce a good quality spirit even for a beginner. Success at brandy musters proves that we are heading in the right direction, but of course it is all about good quality mash, without which the machines are not worth much.
Over the last few years, there has been an increasing demand for dedicated jam making equipment and fruit processing machines, so we have added these to our product range.
In the past year we have added another range of products to our production. We have started to design and manufacture special machines and equipment, mainly for confectionery shops.
During the manufacturing process, we also make the individual parts ourselves, both the machined parts - which are not commercially available or difficult to obtain - and the plastic parts, which are injection moulded or 3D printed for the devices.
As we manufacture small batch products, our turning machines, injection moulding machines and 3D printers have a lot of spare capacity that we would like to tie up.
